Modern rock wool board production lines mostly adopt PLC control systems, equipped with human-machine interfaces, to automatically complete temperature control, speed adjustment, and parameter monitoring, significantly reducing the labor intensity.
The product quality is stable. Through precise batching and fibering processes, the produced rock wool boards have fine and uniform fibers, low thermal conductivity, and stable thermal insulation and heat preservation effects.

Excellent fire resistance
Rock wool is an inorganic non-combustible material with a high temperature resistance of up to around 1000℃. The production line can ensure that the product meets the national A1 fire protection standard.
Energy conservation and environmental protection
Some advanced production lines are equipped with waste heat recovery systems and environmental protection dust removal devices, which not only reduce energy consumption but also decrease the emission of dust and waste gas, meeting the requirements of green factory construction.
Flexible production
Rockwool Production Line Equipment can adjust the density of the board (40~200kg/m³), thickness (30~200mm), and specifications according to customer requirements, meeting the needs of different fields such as construction, industry, and shipping.
